This place suits me perfectly with strong wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely outdoor pool. The staff even helped me with a late checkout on my first stay. I highly recommend it for comfort and convenience. I'm coming back for Xmas!

I stayed here recently, and the proximity to Tempe Beach Park and the Arizona State University Art Museum made my weekend strolls so enjoyable, allowing me to explore beautiful scenery and fascinating exhibits without the hassle of long commutes.

This older facility really needs attention!!! The kitchenette is nearly useless without utensils, and that bathroom door? In need of major repairs!!! Cleanliness is an issue, and the limited toiletries were disappointing!!!

The location was great for visiting Tempe Diablo Stadium and exploring local eats like Jay's Gyros. However, the hotel could use a serious upgrade. the hallways had unpleasant odors, and it was disappointing not to find any cribs available despite my request. Breakfast options were extremely limited, and finding utensils was a challenge due to the lack of staff around. Overall, the amenities could be greatly improved.

I enjoyed my stay here for a week! The room was spacious, and the kitchen area was a big plus for preparing meals. Staff was very helpful with providing extra towels and assisting with any needs I had during my stay. However, the breakfast options could use improvement as they were quite limited.

Tempe's local eats are a treasure! Don’t miss Jay's Gyros for bomb Greek bites and The Flame Broiler for a tasty, quick fix. Plus, this spot has a solid outdoor picnic area to chill and enjoy the vibe.

This place ain't exactly family-friendly! Requesting a crib was a no-go, and the hallways reeked of smoke. Breakfast was a pitiful muffin snag, and good luck finding utensils with no staff around.

We stayed for two nights and the location was pretty good, close to the stadium. The staff were okay, not super friendly — more like they just did their job. The picnic area was nice but the room could've used a serious facelift, smells wafting around and not the cleanest. The bathroom door was a joke, wouldn’t even lock!

Highly recommend it for groups

I mean the staff was just amazing, like, they went out of their way to help us with everything. Plus, the room was way bigger than I thought, super clean, and it had this handy island work area, which was perfect for all our bags.

Sure it wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still pretty acceptable.

We enjoyed playing golf at two stunning courses surrounded by beautiful green fairways. The convenience of a spacious room with a comfy bed and a little kitchen made it easy to unwind and prepare some snacks. Just a heads up, the breakfast is pretty basic with just some coffee and snacks.

We did encounter a few odd smells in the halls which made the experience a bit uncomfortable at times.
